Venola Mason, a Democrat and longtime educator, represents House District 94 in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties, including the Stone Mountain area. She won an April 7, 2026 special-election runoff with 68.5% over former Snellville Mayor Kelly Kautz, filling the seat Rep. Karen Bennett resigned.
