Democratic nominee · violence-prevention nonprofit founderKenn Collier, an entrepreneur and nonprofit leader, was born and raised in South Atlanta and lives in Sylvan Hills. After his son was killed in January 2025, he founded a violence-intervention nonprofit. He led the four-way May Democratic primary with 38% and won the June 16 runoff over Kavon Arnold with 62%. He is endorsed by the Georgia Working Families Party and Atlanta City Council members Andrea Boone, Antonio Lewis and Wayne Martin.
